Meet the coach
Player, Coach, and Advocate
Hey, tennis brutes! My name is Coach Brute.
I have played tennis competitively for over 13 years and have coached both recreational and high performance players, some of which have been scouted by top universities.
What I like to emphasize in my work is modern tennis theory and technique. I aim to be more than just a textbook, but rather someone who can also recognize what can improve your game the most.
Having experienced financial barriers throughout my tennis journey, I intend to make my coaching services accessible to all.
Whether as your supplementary or main coach, I am passionate about taking your game to the next level, and I hope to surpasses your expectations as I strive to be the best coach.

How will I benefit from your coaching?
As a player and a coach with many years of experience, I have worked with all ages and skill levels. Unlike most coaches, I have rigorously researched the tennis game off-court to gain knowledge about modern professional theory. Even now, I continue to study it to deliver the highest standard of coaching.
How would you describe your coaching style?
Clear and pragmatic, with a major emphasis on long-term improvement rather than short-lived improvement. The tennis instructions you will receive will strictly follow modern tennis theory. For more information, go to What To Expect
Who and what skill levels do you work with?
We have experience with all ages and skill levels. At Brute Tennis, we work with everyone.
How would I send the video for analysis?
Go to Submit Video, fill out the required information, and upload/link your video.
How would I receive my feedback?
You will receive both video and written feedback via email. As videos are memory heavy, we will use YouTube unlisted and other trusted third party apps such that only you and people who you share it to can see it.
How long will it take to receive my feedback?
After your feedback is received by us (you will receive a confirmation email that we received your feedback), we will try our best to send you the feedback within 1-2 days.
Is Brute Tennis a non-profit?
No, Brute Tennis is a for-profit organization. However, we believe tennis education should be accessible to all. Thus, to keep our services running, we rely on donations. We recognize everyone has a different financial situations, so if you feel our resources have benefitted you, please give what you can so we can continue spreading tennis education.
How do I support Brute Tennis?
- Through donating or tipping, you will help keep our services running and will be directly supporting our staff. If you are in a position to give even $5, it will be very much appreciated.
- Sharing about us on your preferred social media platform will help support us AND the sport of tennis as well. Feel free to post any comments about us online, as well as the video and written feedback we send if you’d like.

Can I submit a video for analysis more than once?
Definitely, we value long-term tennis coaching and would love to continue helping your progress. Please submit only one video at a time though. After you receive feedback for a video, you can submit another. We recommend submitting no more than one video per week so you can have time to improve and for our sanity.
