Video analysis allows us to maximize the quality of coaching given. Without having to feed balls, we are able to focus all our attention on what is most important – your game. Using online tools, we can more accurately observe ALL aspects of your game and provide the best feedback.
Brute tennis offers the best video-based coaching and distinguishes itself through its affordability and novel teaching approach. While private lessons can go up to $60 or higher, Brute offers feedback that matches and goes beyond what these lessons offer for a fraction of the price. Video-based coaching vs traditional coaching lessons vs online lessons
Unlike many other online coaches, we do not discredit the importance of traditional coaching lessons. In fact, for those picking up a racquet for the first time, we encourage taking at least one on-court lesson with a court to learn the basic concepts of hitting a tennis ball.
On-court coaches can provide immediate feedback and are often more effective in helping students develop habit through repetition. However, lessons are often high-priced, and the coaching quality is not guaranteed.
Online lessons are live coaching sessions hosted through an online call. We believe this is the weakest form of coaching, as the player cannot access the largest benefit of traditional lessons, which is physical guidance when teaching foundations. Along with this, most online coaches do not use online tools efficiently and cannot do so as each session is live, not recorded.

In other words, we rely heavily on tennis theory used by top tennis professionals, and we thoroughly explain every action we recommend to improve your game. - Participated in USTA national junior tournaments (best result: L2 finalist)
- Reached UTR 10
- Active in USTA Adult League (NTRP 5.5)
- Competed in high school varsity, USTA, UTR, and ITA level tournaments
- Experience in coaching both recreational and high nationally ranked players
- Huge follower of ATP and WTA professional tennis

As a tennis player and coach, I have spent much time researching and implementing modern tennis theory. Tennis is not a one-dimensional sport though, and knowing theory alone is not enough to succeed. For me, that’s the beauty of it. To uphold a high lesson standards, I have created an approach that combines theory with my analysis of your game to optimize your training and accelerate your improvement.
Throughout my tennis career, I have been in positions where 1) high quality coaching not available in region or 2) high quality coaching was too expensive for me. Through Brute Tennis, I hope to make tennis lessons more accessible for everyone and promote the wonderful sport of tennis.
