Refunds and Returns Policy

Brute Tennis sells digital coaching services (not physical products). Because time and analysis work begins once you submit materials, our refund policy is as follows:

No physical returns

There are no physical goods and therefore no returns.

Refund eligibility (coaching video reviews)

You may request a refund if both are true:

  1. You request it within 24 hours of purchase, and

  2. You have not submitted a video/intake form yet.

We will do out best to give a full refund, if not partial. Once you submit your video/intake (or once work has started), the order becomes non-refundable.

If we can’t deliver

If we are unable to provide the service within the stated turnaround time due to our fault (and we cannot resolve it promptly), we will offer either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a reschedule/credit (your choice).

  • Order number

  • Purchase email

  • Reason for request

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can fix it. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can result in loss of access to services.
