We provide online tennis coaching services, including video-based feedback and optional consultations, as described on our Plans page.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are listed in [USD] unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due at checkout.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

Delivery and turnaround

Your turnaround time begins when we receive:

• your completed intake form, and

• your video upload and/or video link that is accessible.

If your link is broken/unavailable or your upload fails, turnaround time pauses until you provide a working video.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate order number/contact information.

• Submit video content you own or have rights to share.

• Avoid submitting content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates others’ rights.

Video submissions and content license

You retain ownership of your videos. By submitting video content to Brute Tennis, you grant us a limited license to:

• view, analyze, and use it to provide coaching feedback;

• store it temporarily for service delivery and recordkeeping.

We will not publicly post your video without your explicit written permission.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All coaching materials we provide (feedback documents, drill plans, training notes, blog content, site design) are owned by Brute Tennis or our licensors and are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them without permission.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or scrape the website.

• Submit malicious files or content.

• Use the site in a way that violates any law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profits.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
