Video Submission Page

Upload your tennis video here. There are 2 ways to do this:

1. Upload video and fill out the required information via Google Forms. File size must not exceed 1 GB. You MUST best signed into a Google account to upload a file. The link is https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf6-2sOGrLp43Oelqun1J9c_lbTgPEHbnJi4IS-LsDnscsrQw/viewform?usp=dialog

OR

        2. Upload video via Youtube(unlisted, if you do not want it seen), Vimeo, Drive, or other third-party websites and send us the link through the form below.

NOTE: Only ONE form is necessary, fill out either the Google Forms or the form below.
